Admissions Process
- School Tour
The school tour is the first step of the application process and may be scheduled in advance by calling 010 51307174 or emailing keerlido@gmail.com Tours last approximately 20 minutes during which you will see our facilities and receive information regarding our program. Of course we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
- Formal Application
Once you have had a school tour and have decided to apply for admission to Ke Er please complete the forms as instructed in the application package given to you at the end of the tour. Submit all forms with the registration fee of 2,000 RMB. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards the tuition.
- Child Class Visit and Parent Handbook Review
After all the application forms and fee have been accepted a class visit will be arranged for your child. This visit will last approximately 20 minutes and is for your child only. While he or she is in a classroom with a teacher we will review the Parent Handbook with you. We schedule these visits after class hours between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.
There is no formal testing done, however, children are observed interacting with teachers. This will allow children to become acquainted with our school. They may visit a class other than the one they are enrolled in.
- Acceptance
The final step, if the decision to complete the admissions process is made, is to set a start date for your child. We will contact you to arrange this and provide information regarding uniforms and any other details that will help you and your child with a smooth transition to a new school.
